    Objetivos

    Dynamics 365 es una herramienta multifacética para la participación del cliente, operaciones unificadas, marketing, venta minorista y gestión del talento. Este curso familiarizará al alumno con la funcionalidad de Dynamics 365 y su valor comercial. El curso cubrirá aplicaciones de Dynamics 365, Power Platform, conceptos de nube, el modelo de seguridad y consideraciones de licencia.

    Certificación

    Este curso prepara para el examen de certificación oficial MB-901 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals que permite obtener la certificación oficial del mismo nombre.

    A continuación puede realizar otras formaciones relacionadas como MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales o MB-230 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
